  • Project owners can export voter data (including your email and name) for analysis and to improve their products
  • This data sharing is essential for the service to function and enables project owners to engage with their users effectively

By using this service, you acknowledge and consent to this data sharing with project owners.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, and publish such content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

5. Prohibited Uses

6. Project Owner Responsibilities

If you are a project owner, you agree to:

  • Use exported voter data only for legitimate business purposes related to product development and user engagement
  • Not share or sell voter email addresses to third parties for marketing purposes
  • Comply with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) when handling voter data

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UserWants, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.
